The addition of Mark Hitchcock our Western Region Manager and his expertise in the safety field has brought us to the forefront of some extraordinary accomplishments in safety communications and product solutions. Hitchcock has branded Payden as the exclusive promotional branding and safety supplies vendor for an exclusive team called HOST, Hands On Safety Team. The HOST team is comprised of BBS (Behavioral Based Safety) professionals and facilitators for these various companies that meet on a monthly basis in a forum format, and uniquely share between the companies, incident and at risk data, as well as actual field at risk and incident situations relating to the various scopes of work each company performs. Each company in attendance presents their information and the group discusses solutions from different perspectives, that each company can use to develop and implement as desired. The Executive Committee (to include Hitchcock) then review all of the meetings information and the solutions discussed are developed into a Power Point presentation that is emailed not only to the current and attending members, but to various industrial, related companies globally, that request the teams information.

Payden & Co Western Region with Hitchcock’s direction, have now also developed a HOST Gear website, wherein the various safety related products the team desires to purchase from the solution based discussions, become readily available to the members through the site. These products have a custom imprinting option for safety messaging and /or corporate branding, all at a significantly reduced HOST Team specific program price point. The Team is growing exponentially with phenomenal success in both safety communication and accident prevention!

Payden and Company, LLC increased sales by 20% in 2011 over 2010 sales. According to Payden, the  managing partner of the company, “we are very pleased at this extraordinary growth we experienced in 2011!  Especially, in light of the general softness of the economy.  I would like to say thank you to all of our clients who made this growth possible.  Also, a special thanks to our sales force and support staff.  Without them and the superior customer service they provide, this would not have been possible.”

According to Payden, “the company has experienced 29% sales growth since 2009 and anticipates strong growth in 2012.  We are seeing indications that the economy is getting stronger. We anticipate that this will help provide another good growth year.”

Payden and Company will be holding their national sales meeting in Orlando, ASI trade show, which runs from January 16-18, 2012.  In addition, the sales force will be visiting many of our vendors and looking for the latest sportswear and promotional products for our clients.

Payden and Company will be holding their 8th Annual Product Show on Wednesday September 28th, 2011.  The show will be held at the Radisson Airport Hotel in Warwick, RI.  Show hours are 11 AM until 4 pm.

Over 30 factories will be displaying their promotional product and sportswear lines.  It’s a great time to see products and get ideas for your holiday gift needs or next years marketing plans.

The 7th Annual Promotional Product and Sportswear show will be held on September 23rd, 2010 at the Radisson Airport Hotel in Warwick, RI.   Over 50 manufacturers will be setting up product displays for our clients to view and get marketing ideas for their future promotions as well as customer and employee holiday gifts.  There will be many product samples available as well as some great ideas.   According to Payden, ” we expect over 150 of our clients to attend.  Those who do, find it very beneficial and a great way to see an abundance of products all at once.”

What a great idea!  On may 29th, Fashion Model Tanaya Henry, will be wearing the Payden and Company logo on one of our T-shirts.   The cost for the day, only $149.00.  In additon to providing us with photos of the fashion shoot, she will also post information about Payden and Company on her Facebook and Twitter pages.

The cost started out at $1.00 or January 1st and goes up $1.00 per day.  A very unique and inexpensive way for a model, who had worked for the likes of  L’Oreal, Estee Lauder and Lucky Jeans for thousands a day, to advertising your brand.

Our 6th Annual Product Showcase was a great success!  Over 125 of our clients were in attendance to preview the latest product introductions, which included many new garment styles as well as many new promotional products.  Many came away with new ideas for holiday gifts for both their employees and clients.
